TORONTO, ON—It’s time for a different type of dnb podcast, one which informs the listeners about what is happening in the dnb world, gives them a preview of new releases and at the same time makes them laugh. It’s time for DBE News and Reviews: A podcast where we talk about dnb.
While typical dnb podcasts feature music mixes by A-list and up-n-coming DJs, DBE News and Reviews is different. It follows a talk radio format, but instead of talking about sports or news, hosts Dexy G and Jocelyn Dee talk drum and bass.
The podcast came about in the summer of 2007 as dnb enthusiasts Dexy G and Jocelyn Dee were having one of the usual discussions about the state of dnb. They decided to use their enthusiasm about dnb to promote the music to the global audience using the new podcasting medium.
Over the next few months they built a steadily growing subscriber base from around the world. And now they are asking for your help in making DBE News and Reviews even better.
